Coty Inc. has enhanced its designer fragrance collection by signing prestigious Italian fashion brand Roberto Cavalli Group. The license agreement, which will begin in July 2011, when the existing license for the fragrances expires, covers the creation, development, and distribution of Roberto Cavalli and Just Cavalli fragrances, through the Coty Prestige division. The first launch of new fragrances under the new license is expected to be introduced in Spring 2012 in full selective distribution. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
